they are saying this place is closed... Just called them and they are OPEN 12/13/23 till 9:30.....

My family loves going here! $16 for ALL YOU CAN EAT. That is deals. They have a Mongolian grill as well where you can self serve everything you want to have cooked with choices of 4 difference sauces (mix if you'd like) and the chef will cook it right in front of you for you! I would warn you not to overload your plate because it may be too much for you to eat and you need to save your stomach for all the other great food they have! They also have a sushi bar (I really like the cooked spicy salmon one). And they have ice cream (mint choco chip and cookies and cream mixed is the best). You can also get any drinks for free: soda, juice, coffee, and/or cocoa. The food items I really like: For seafood: Honey walnut prawn, fried shrimp, clams (my mom brings her special homemade sauce so we can dip the clams with it lol!) Veggies: Green bean stir fry and edamame (in the cold section) Other food: Baked spinach, stuffed mushroom Soup: Hot & sour soup - one day it was kind of plain but when I had it again another time I got seconds! Ones I do not like: The crawfish, crab (it's so thin there is barely any meat, so not worth the effort to bite and peel it), the stuffed crab (next to the stuffed mushroom) They also have an event space you can rent out and have a live band and everything. The tables are set up like an Asian Wedding. And when you do rent out a space there is a bar area that serves beer to everyone and shots of Hennessy (which I think the hosts brought for everyone).

Well, been going to this buffet for a few years i guess. They raised their price to $15.99 per adult, but i think its still worth the money u pay. If u come on a weekend for dinner or holidays there wont be table available except if u made a reservation already. I just went there on mother's day and i had to wait for 30 mins, not bad. Their hostesses are nice thou. They always smile and running around to help me find a table. SEAFOODS!!! Pay $15.99 for all u can eat, all u can drink with a variety choices of food, especially seafoods. Why not huh??? No place can be perfect for 100%. I like this restaurant because it always try to improve all the mistake that i shared with the manager.

Lunch prices were decent. Large variety to choose from too! Sushi, Mongolian style, seafood ~ even pizza and fries for the kids! Kept clean and friendly staff. Have eaten here a few times, never disappointed!

I couldn't decide where to eat on a Wednesday night (6/8/11) so I grabbed my Val-Pak coupons and decided tonight was the night I was going to FINALLY try Lucky's Buffet. Wow I was impressed. I arrived well past dinner time. it was after 8 pm. This place is big and the buffet is HUGE. I counted 8 large buffet sections (6 of them had hot food on them) + sushi. I don't do sushi so I can't comment on it other that it was there. Cold Section 1 had peel and eat shrimp and oysters. Cold section 2 had salads, puddings, Jellos, fruits and chilled desserts. Hot sections 1 - 6 had the following items and many more that I don't remember. Fried rice Walnut Shrimp Sweet and Sour Chicken Breaded Shrimp Boiled snails Chinese Pig foot Muscles Crab Legs (don't remember what kind) BBQ rib Pork and Vegetables Chicken on a stick about 12 more dishes I don't recall 6 kinds of soup (including Fish Ball soup) Chinese Donut (YUM!!) Pork Steam Bun Peach Steam Bun Stuffed mushrooms Stuffed crab shell Pizza Garlic Bread and about another 12 items that I can't recall. That being said ... there selection was huge. All for 9.99 + tax with the coupon from the Val-Pak. Drinks are included. I served myself. The ice Cream is "Hard" ice you dip your self not the usual Soft serve you get at a buffet. They had about 12 varieties. it was a nice change of pace. I was happy when I found Butter Pecan (#1 position in the freezer) but they also had things like rainbow sherbet and mint choc. chip. I'm not an adventerous eater and I really enjoyed the things I had. One of my friends LOVES to eat things he has never had before and I cant WAIT to bring him here!!

Lucky Buffet is owned by AAA Buffet! The first thing i noticed when i walked in was that the hostess looked like the same girl who worked at AAA Buffet. I asked her if she still worked there and apparently the owner of AAA Buffet opened up this new location and that they plan to close AAA Buffet within a year, after their lease is up, so staff works at both location. The new restaurant is very clean & pretty inside. It makes a huge difference compared to AAA Buffet whose interior is shabby, which kinda makes it intimidating to eat there because you question whether their food sanitary is up to standards. The food is EXACTLY the same as AAA Buffet. The only difference is a bigger variety of soup and fruits, but besides that the buffet is very similar. However, they have a habachi/grilling station which is similiar to a Mongolian grill setup. You pick whatever you want & they cook it right in front of you. Everything is self-served at the buffet, including the drinks which i prefer because i HATE waiting for them to refill my drinks & charging me for it. The cost of their buffet is very reasonable ($11.99 w/10% discount), its due to them having a low-overhead aka. staffing. My favorite thing about the place is their varieties of ice-cream. They have a soft-serve and an ice-cream by the gallons for you to select from. Great wait staff & service. The staff is very attentive and nice. They will pick up your empty plate within seconds of you finishing it. They're always there to greet you & if you have any questions you just give them a wave & they'll come by your table. It can get pretty busy in there so don't get all crazy if they don't come by within minutes of your plates piling up. I'm sure we've all been there where we've been overwhelmed before. The reason i didn't give them a 5-star is i would have preferred more seafood selection, especially in the crab section. However, i'm sure w/the cost of crabs it'll be unlikely to ask for much since its not that expensive to eat compared to other buffet (Todai, Grand China & etc). You do pay for what you get and i'm very happy w/their hot food, dessert, and fruit selection. I'll definitely come back soon.
